本日は季節性インフルエンザのワクチンを接種

新型は左腕にしたから、今回は右腕に。
痛かった…
新型の時ほど接種痕が痛い重いダルイというのは無いけれど。

それよりも物凄く肩こりがしていて辛い。ゆたぽんをホットパックにして温めています。

ご経験を共有していただきありがとうございます。特に肩こりに悩まされている場合、ワクチン接種は確かに少し不快なものになります。
